We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialists to join an exciting international project supporting Dyson, one of the world’s most innovative and premium technology brands.

About the Project

As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and light technical troubleshooting.
You will assist customers with:
- Product inquiries
- Sales-related questions
- Aftersales support
- Delivery-related issues
- Basic technical troubleshooting
You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated to the client when necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Italian-speaking customers
- Provide product guidance and troubleshooting support
- Assist with orders,
warranties, repairs, and replacements
- Deliver a premium customer experience
- Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
Collaborate with an international team
Requirements
- Italian at C1+ level
- Good English skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Advanced PC skills (comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems)
- Affinity for technology and technical products
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
