Engineer the mechanical-integrity inspection programme for the static equipment of a major refinery. WHAT YOU'LL DO Identify the static-equipment population: pressure vessels (API 510), piping (API 570), tanks (API 653), PED and Italian in-service items Perform damage‐mechanism reviews (corrosion, CUI, cracking, high‐temperature, fatigue, creep) Define corrosion loops and TMLs/CMLs Plan inspection methods, extents and intervals; compute corrosion rates, minimum thickness, remaining life and next‐inspection dates Align with the existing RBI plans and map PED/statutory obligations; structure the data for EAM WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Degree in Engineering (Mechanical,
Materials or equivalent) 5+ years in static‐equipment inspection & integrity in refinery / process plants Working knowledge of API codes and the Italian regulatory regime (PED, INAIL) Standards: API 510/570/653, PED 2014/68/EU, D.M. 329/2004, INAIL Tools: Inspection data‐management software, RBI software, xrdztoy corrosion/remaining‐life tools NICE TO HAVE API 510 / 570 / 653 certifications Knowledge of API 571 (damage mechanisms) and API 580/581 (RBI) NDT qualifications (ASNT / PCN / EN ISO 9712) LOCATION Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
