Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities . You will design and build Generative AI pipelines, train and fine-tune language models, and implement evaluation benchmarks. You will deploy and scale solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring your code runs smoothly in production. You will have the opportunity to turn cutting-edge research into real-world AI systems. Technologies. You will work with Python and modern AI frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lite LLM,



and Hugging Face Transformers. You will use vector databases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes, and evaluation tools such as Ragas or Deep Eval. Team work . You will collaborate with a young, dynamic team of engineers and scientists in a hybrid setup. You will participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and work in a friendly, informal, and fun office environment that values creativity and continuous learning. Academic background . We are looking for people with a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative fields. A strong foundation in programming, especially Python, is essential. Valuable expertise . You should have solid Python programming skills and experience with software engineering best practices.
