ies- Managing user requests and business requirements related to learning platfo
rms- Assisting with course creation, enrollment management,



reporting, and user supp
ort- Supporting testing activities and quality checks for platform configurations and proces
ses- Creating and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materi
als- Collaborating with multicultural teams and interacting with different communities within the organizat
ion- Supporting engagement initiatives and communication campaigns related to learning activit
ies- Assisting in the creation of graphic materials using tools such as Canva or similar platfo
rms- Assisting in the creation of courses using AI authoring tool such as Synthe
sia- Learning and supporting integrations, workflows, and digital learning proces

ses
