Welcome to the Bridgestone European Graduate Program – Marketing , an accelerated journey designed to develop the next generation of confident, business‑oriented professionals.
⏳ Duration: 12 months (Sept. 2026– Sept. 2027), with high performers confirmed for a second year at the 9-month mark.
Cohort: :10 graduates across Europe
International exposure: Face‑to‑face & virtual connections
Travel included: Program events and business visits across Europe
Strong support: Dedicated managers, mentors, and program leaders
By the end of the program, you will understand how marketing strategies are developed and executed, how customer insights and data inform decisions, and how marketing team
