We are looking for a Junior PMO – Operations to join our Operations organization, based at our Padova headquarters. The role will report to a Senior PMO and will work closely with the COO organization.
As a PMO Junior, You Will Be Responsible For
Support the planning, execution and monitoring of Operations projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective tracking of timelines, deliverables and follow-up actions.
Use and contribute to the evolution of PMO and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Mural/Miro, Microsoft 365) to enhance team efficiency and project visibility
Support the governance of the End-to-End Planning Tool implementation,



working closely with Business, IT and external partners.
Prepare dashboards, project updates and executive materials for Steering Committees and leadership meetings
Contribute to the understanding and continuous improvement of Operations and Planning processes.
You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, ICT or similar fields.
You have 1–3 years of experience in PMO, Operations, Consulting or Digital Transformation roles.
You have a basic knowledge of Project Management principles.
You have familiarity with digital PMO tools (or strong motivation to learn them quickly).
You are interested in or you have early experience in AI solutions supporting PMO and Operations (e.g. reporting automation, decision-support tools, basic AI agents/copilots for project or process support).
You are able to work in multinational and cross functional environments.
You have excellent proficiency in Itali
