Job Title: Electrical Fitter
Location: Venice, Italy
Rate: Competitive Pay (on hours worked)

Role Conditions:

- Contract Length: End of the Year

- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

- Overtime available if required

- Travel expenses: Up to €250 at start/end of contract

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical/Avionic Fitters to support ongoing maintenance and production of AW139, AW169, and AW189 helicopters in Venice, Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality rotary-wing aircraft in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical and avionic installations, modifications, and testing on rotary aircraft (AW139, AW169, AW189, NH90).

- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

- Install harnesses, route wiring, and integrate avionic systems to OEM specifications.

- Conduct functional tests to ensure compliance with aircraft safety and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow EASA Part-145/21 procedures.

- Ensure strict adherence to safe working practices and FOD prevention.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

- Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience specifically on the AW169 or NH90 helicopters.

- Minimum 3+ years total aircraft maintenance/production experience.

- Right to work in the EU.

- English or Italian language skills.





Desirable:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high aerospace standards.

- Previous experience in production or final assembly line environments.
