The Production Operator (Operatore di Produzione) is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and ensuring production targets are met. The role involves following standard operating procedures, maintaining product quality, and adhering to workplace health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards.
- Monitor production processes and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery after receiving appropriate training.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

Pay: €22,000.00 - €28,000.00 per year
