Contexte
Dans le cadre du remplacement temporaire d’une salariée absente, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Assurance Qualité pour rejoindre notre service Assurance Qualité.
Missions principales
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Assurance Qualité, le/la Technicien(ne) Assurance Qualité prend en charge la validation des procédés de fabrication, le suivi des auto-inspections Usine, le suivi de la gestion des changements, ainsi que la gestion des stupéfiants.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Détermination du Plan Directeur de Validation
- Validation des procédés de production des spécialités, validation du temps de stockage des Produis Semi Ouvrés et validation de nettoyage : rédaction de protocoles de validation- suivi des lots de validation (production, analyses) – rédaction de rapports de validation.
- Traitement des déviations : investigation avec les services opérationnels et analyse préliminaire de l’impact qualité
- Gestion des changements (ou Change Control (CC)) : sollicitation des services pour l’ouverture des CC, organisation de réunions d’évaluation, organisation de réunions de suivi, demande d’informations auprès des fournisseurs ou du Siège, suivi de la mise en application et de la clôture des CC.
- Suivi des stupéfiants : suivi de l’enregistrement des opérations dans les registres papier, préparation et suivi des destructions devant huissier, établissement de la déclaration annuelle stupéfiants Saint-Victor remise à l’ANSM, demande d’autorisations auprès de l’ANSM.
Formation
Bac +3 minimum dans un domaine scientifique.
Formation complémentaire en Assurance Qualité appréciée.
Compétences clés
Connaissances en chimie analytique.
Bonne compréhension des procédés de fabrication.
Maîtrise des exigences réglementaires applicables à l’industrie pharmaceutique.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office).
Une expérience en Assurance Qualité dans un environnement industriel ou pharmaceutique est souhaitée.
