Who we are looking for:

Independent working cook I (3x) – Shiso A-Dragon B.V. in Amsterdam

Restaurant Shiso/ A-Dragon B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for three Independent working cook I to strengthen our kitchen team.

Shiso is a modern Asian restaurant where authentic flavors are combined with a contemporary presentation. We work with fresh ingredients and a passionate team to offer our guests a special culinary experience. Quality, creativity, and teamwork are central to our philosophy.

Your duties include, among others:

- preparing ingredients yourself

- applying basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

What do we offer?

Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (according to the Hospitality CLA, Job Group V)
