Role Description

We are looking for new team members to join our Sales Team at our Rome office.

The role involves direct contact with customers at our sales points and meeting points, with the goal of promoting tours and additional experiences based on their interests (cross-selling).

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers at Crown Tours locations or meeting points
- Present and sell tours, excursions, and complementary services
- Understand customer needs and propose personalized solutions
- Manage bookings and payments through internal digital systems
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the best possible customer experience





Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Outgoing, communicative, and proactive personality
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to interact with an international audience
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends
- Experience in tourism or direct sales (preferred but not mandatory)
