The Production Supervisor will drive production performance across assigned lines, ensuring Safety, Quality, OEE, Productivity and Waste Reduction targets. Working closely with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Operations teams, he/she will lead Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Description

- Drive performance across assigned production lines, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Service Level, OEE, Productivity and Waste Reduction targets.
- Lead daily Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence activities to improve manufacturing performance.
- Monitor and optimize key production KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, efficiency and line reliability.
- Ensure the effective implementation of operational and maintenance standards, including CIL, Centerlining, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Defect Handling.
- Partner with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.
- Lead shop floor problem-solving activities, driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Facilitate daily and weekly performance reviews, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical reference point for operators, supporting troubleshooting and process optimization initiatives.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and skills development programs.




- Promote a culture of Safety, Manufacturing Excellence, Accountability and High Performance across the production environment.

Profile

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineer or similar roles within FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, TPM and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders and support performance improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and improving manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Productivity, Efficiency and Waste Reduction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering functions.
