The Role:
- Over a 3-year program,
you’ll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.
- You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Italy

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering or a related Engineering or Operations degree.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- For you to get the most out of our graduate scheme we require flexibility of location between rotations within Italy.
