Job Description

Responsabilità:

- Inserire i dati dei clienti e dei conti inserendo informazioni testuali e numeriche dai documenti di origine entro i limiti di tempo.
- Compilare, verificare l'accuratezza e ordinare le informazioni in base alle priorità per preparare i dati di partenza.
- Esaminare i dati per individuare eventuali carenze o errori, correggere eventuali incompatibilità se possibile e controllare l'output.
- Ricercare e ottenere ulteriori informazioni per i documenti incompleti.
- Applicare le tecniche e le procedure del programma dati.
- Generare rapporti, archiviare il lavoro completato in luoghi designati ed eseguire il backup.

Requisiti e competenze

- Diploma di scuola superiore.
- Esperienza con MS Office e programmi di dati.
- Ottima conoscenza della corretta ortografia, grammatica e punteggiatura.
- Attenzione ai dettagli.
- Riservatezza.
- Capacità di organizzazione e di concentrazione sui compiti assegnati.

La conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata un MUST.
