Ready to start your career in Luxury Retail? Richemont's exclusive Craft Your Journey – Retail & Corporate Rotation Program offers a unique 12-month internship designed for passionate university students.
Your journey begins with an interactive day, one of only 1 6 desired spots, serving as the first step to becoming one of 5 full-time interns. You' ll gai n invaluable experience with six months in a luxury Boutique, followed by six months immersed in a Maison's corporate functions such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communication, PR, Events, Media, or CRM. This unparalleled rotation will broaden your expe rtise and help you discover your path in the luxury business.

How will you make an impact? During this one day experience you will:
- Understand Retail Evolution: Explore the new trends , challenges, innovations that are redefining the luxury retail landscape , and how profound client knowledge is fundamental to success in the luxury sector.
- Interact with Professionals: Meet and engage with Richemont leaders and specialists who operate in the retail sector, discovering diverse career paths and roles.
- Challenge Yourself : Participate in a stimulating business case involving various Maisons.
How will you experience success with us?
We are aiming to recruit based on skills and a genuine interest in retail, welcoming candidates with different backgrounds and experiences. You will:
- Be currently enrolled in Universit y , or have graduated less than 12 months ago.
- Have a strong interest in understanding how a luxury retail business works and its ongoing transformation.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with proven skills in creating and delivering presentations.
- Be confident in data analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an innovative mindset.
- Be fluent in Italian and English.
- Be available to start a full- time 6 +6 month s internship .
What we offer
- Monthly reimbursement: 900 euros per month
- 8 euros meal vouchers per each day

Where : The event will take place in presence at the Richemont offices in Via Benigno Crespi 26, Milan, and in the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to visit three of our wonderful boutiques.
