Responsibilities:

1. After sales service support, responsible for problem tracking, collection and trouble-shooting for solar system products like inverters, controllers, and energy storage batteries
2. Responsible for professional training on theoretical after-sales knowledge and practical operation
3. Provide emergency after-sales support to troubleshoot sudden failures
4. Maintain Zonergy’s market service reputation and improve customer satisfaction
5. Assist in product promotion and service demonstration
6. Establish after-sales service information management and provide after- sales quality feedback to relevant departments, and provide suggestions to solve problems

Requirements:

1.



Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical or power electronics, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience
2. New energy industry background, with work experience of well-known equipment manufacturers; familiarity with photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage products
3. FER certificate is a must
4. Familiar with the European market. English or Italian can be used as working languages.
5. Italian local or with Italian residence permit
