What you'll do:

- Supervise daily communications operations and workflow activities.
- Coordinate internal and external communication projects across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, operations, and leadership teams to deliver consistent messaging.
- Monitor communication processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review communication materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and operational initiatives.
- Maintain operational records,



communication schedules, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards.
- Assist with resource planning, project coordination, and team development.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in communications, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, customer engagement, business operations, project coordination, administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital communication platforms and collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
