About this vacancy

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: - Business development - Creating and developing your own business unit - Developing and managing your client portfolio - Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting engineers who will join your team - Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC - People management: Managing your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching) - Financial management - Managing the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in engineering, economic, or scientific disciplines
- Interest in business, consulting, and people management
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic,



and can work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge
- You are organized and proactive in both commercial and operational management

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the aforementioned level.
