- Location:
Pontives, zona industriale della Val Gardena, Italy and Bolzano (city center).
Responsibilities:
Your job is to provide first level support to customer-requests via e-mail and on the phone on issues regarding technical configuration, price plans and generic administrative procedures.
Requirements:
Internet is your world! You already transferred data via FTP and configured an email client. You have basic HTML knowledge and know the meaning of CGI and you’ve worked with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server in the past. Excellent communications skills complete your profile.
Previous experiences:
Previous experiences in the sector are a plus.
Contract type:
to define/negotiate.
Age:
minimum 20 years.
