What you will be doing
Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes.
Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics.
Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, master data maintenance, and reference letters.
Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding.
Your education & experience
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll.
Good English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino.
