Field Training Officer – Datacenter Security - Milan

A unique opportunity to take action
We are looking for a Field Training Officer to join our operations team for activities at a major international client based in Milan and the surrounding area.
You will become part of a team of highly qualified professionals and work in a dynamic and structured environment, managing the organization and delivery of training plans for operational personnel at designated sites, within a continuous process of supervision, evaluation, and training, in order to ensure high standards.

Requirements:

- European Union citizenship
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- English proficiency at least at C1 level
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- At least 2 years of experience in the security sector and/or business management




- At least 2 years of experience in training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training documentation
- Professionalism and composure under pressure
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to obtain the Prefectural Decree authorization

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in data center environments
- Experience in developing training programs or instructional design

We offer:

- Employment at Level 4 of the Private Security National Collective Agreement plus role allowance
- Gross annual salary (RAL) of €47,000
