Reporting to: Operational Director Foreign Projects
Work location: Marcallo con Casone (MI), availability to relocate in project country MANDATORY (i.e. Egypt, Algeria), upon turnation as per company standard
The position has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of the project and his duties are:
- Achievement of company set targets in terms of profit, with constant timing and cost/budget monitoring
- Being the focal point towards Client, partners (technological and/or among Bonatti Group), strategic sub-contractors and, generally, all the project stakeholders; familiar with all level of project and site official meetings
- Managing/coordinating all organizational, financial, technological and contractual issues related to the project
- Ensure that Engineering and Procurement activities are properly planned, performed and controlled, liaising with other company function involved in the project
- Ensure that Execution and Construction activities are properly planned, performed and controlled, in accordance with Client and contractual requirements, as well as with time and cost constrain and in compliance with HSE and Quality company and/or applicable standards,
best practice and procedures
- Proper coordination of all the internal and external resources assigned to the project
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience, ideally Electrical and/or Automation & Instrumentation
- 10-15 years of experience in Oil&Gas;, Energy and/or Water Treatment sectors (minimum 5 years as Project Manager), along the full project lifecycle, from initiating, planning, execution, controlling, commissioning and closing
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, mandatory; French as second language, a plus
- Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing plants, a plus
- PMP certification or equivalent, a plus
- Excellent leadership, management and negotiation skills, initiative capability, relationship building and communication skills, excellent in decision making and problem solving, team player
- Foreign, multicultural and multiethnical background, a plus
- Proficiency in normal software and IT tools, such us Word, Excel, Power Point, and knowledge of Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera
