Virgin Active Italy, a leader in the fitness and wellness industry, is looking for a young and talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Department as a Junior Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze financial and business data to support decision-making.

Maintain and update daily business reports and KPI dashboards.

Act as a financial partner to other departments, providing insights and support.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.





1 to 2 years of relevant experience (internships included).

Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business metrics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
