As a Junior Accountant, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and compliant accounting in line with Local GAAP and Group GAAP. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international finance teams and gradually develop towards independent responsibility for accounting and closing activities. Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger):
* Perform daily banking postings and reconciliations
* Post customer invoices and credit notes
* Monitor outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities
* Prepare and send monthly customer statements
* Handle customer account queries (invoices, proof of delivery, statements)
* Maintain customer master data and credit limits in SAP
Accounts Payable (Purchase Ledger):
* Post expense and stock invoices, including intercompany invoices
* Maintain vendor master data
* Manage and post credit card and expense claims
* Handle supplier and expense-related queries Taxes, Payroll & Statutory Reporting
* Support payroll reconciliations and statutory payments
* Support annual VAT and employment-related declarations according to local legal requirements General Ledger & Banking
* Prepare and post bank journals and perform bank reconciliations
* Support intercompany reconciliations Reporting & Compliance
* Assist with budget monitoring and reporting
* Support internal and external audits
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and group finance guidelines
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* First professional experience (0-3 years) in accounting is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office
* Very good English communication skills
