About the Role As we look to the future, we are seeking an Application Specialist to support our energy storage business in Italy. This role will provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to local sales teams, distributors, installers, and customers, helping to drive business growth, customer trust and successful project delivery in the Italian market. Key Responsibilities Represent TCL SOLAR brand in the assigned region providing technical support to enable brand successful sales activities amongst distributors, project developers, installers and final investors. 1st & 2nd level customer contact for all technical inquiries covering pre-and-post sales processes from system design to product performance and warranty-related topics.
