Job description:

We are looking for a Group Lean Process Specialist who will report to the Lean Process Engineering Director . Your workplace will be our HQ located in Uboldo (VA).

Mission
To improve LUVE global productivity and competitiveness, through involving our people on Lean principles & methods implementation, and applying new technologies and automation starting from manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
- Lean Strategy Deployment: Implement Lean strategies and initiatives aligned with the plant goals, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Use tools like value stream mapping, 5S, line balancing and Kaizen events.
- Time Measurement: Ensure the standards at the best performing level, aligned to the best practices and benchmarking within the group.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on lean principles, methodologies, and tools. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Management:



Lead and manage improvement projects from conception through to implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of lean initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to implement lean initiatives.
- Change Management: Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through waste reduction and process optimization.
- Industrial Investments: Support the technical and economic evaluation of investments to be included in the budget and in the Strategic Plans, working closely with other functions.
- Automation and Technology: Support projects for new production lines or machine.
