Key requirements and qualifications:

- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 for schedule development, resource loading, and progress tracking.

- Strong background in project planning and control across all phases of the project lifecycle.

- Skilled in baseline creation, schedule risk analysis, and what-if scenarios to support decision-making.

- Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) and integrating cost and schedule data.

- Experience with delay analysis, time impact studies, and support for claims and reporting.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present clear schedule updates to stakeholders.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools.

- Familiar with PMI or AACEI standards; certifications like PMP, PSP, or PMI-SP are a plus.
