ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /ppIn this role you drive the manufacturing engineering strategy to enable a factory of the future at Hiab. You own projects to install new production equipment, implement changes, and oversee production methods with safety and quality at the core. You will support plant maintenance, contribute to NPI, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize layouts, ERP data, and end-to-end value streams, making manufacturing more efficient and sustainable. and value stream optimization for efficiency and safety /liliInterface with NPI/RD to transfer new products into manufacturing on time and cost /liliDefine material replenishment methods with Value Stream Managers and Logistics /liliPrepare Capex requests and govern the manufacturing engineering process /liliDrive continuous improvement and End-to-End value stream mapping /liliDevelop the skills of the Manufacturing Engineering team and support performance management /liliMaster Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) /lili7+ years in manufacturing engineering with electronics and hydraulic systems knowledge /liliStrong background in FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturing /liliExperience with New Product Introduction and design changes through to production /liliKnowledge of Factory 4.0, process improvement techniques, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black belt a plus) /liliWorking knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and ERP systems; PLC programming a plus /liliStrong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities /liliAbility to work in a multi-functional, high-paced, multi-task environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
