Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than b70000 /bpeople dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /ppFor ourbSaviglianosite /binbItaly /bwe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic /ppbProject Configuration and Change Manager /b /ph3PURPOSE OF THE JOB /h3ulliMaster the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of CCM activities. /liliAccountable that all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process. /liliKeep the project/program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program. /li /ulh3Reports directly to: /h3pSite Configuration and Change Management (CCM) /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliIs leading the CCM activities in a Project. /liliApplies CCM standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them. /liliEnsures the activities and Roles Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.



/liliEnsures Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights. /liliOrganizes and leads the Change Boards. /liliEnsures the completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests. /liliMonitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes. /li /ulh3EXPERIENCE /h3ulliKnowledge of Configuration Change Management /liliKnowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM. /li /ulpPlus /ppWork experience in an international environment /ph3COMPETENCIES SKILLS /h3ulliMandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and components /liliKnowledge of CCM tools /liliAbility to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholders /liliSystematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details /liliContributing to continuous improvement on processes and standards /liliIs a team contributor and sets a good environment for team colleagues /liliDriven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office /li /ulh3Educational Requirements /h3pGraduate of University degree in Engineering. /ppWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
