ph3Responsibilities /h3 p• Collaborate with Finance, IT, ECH and the broader business to resolve billing and system‑related issues through analysis, root cause identification, and cross‑functional coordinationbr/• Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and financial controlsbr/• Improve billing processes, including but not limited to invoice generation, validation, adjustments, reconciliations, controls, exception management, and data quality checks, to ensure revenue is billed timely, accurately and in compliance with local legislationbr/• Recommend and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes, strengthen controls, and improve data accuracybr/• Develop billing requirements, maintain process documentation and training materials to provide technical guidance or training to staff on billing software, reporting and enhancementsbr/• Assist with system implementations, billing migrations, testing, and user acceptance activities, data validation,



and reporting requirementsbr/• Maintain month‑end close revenue reconciliations between Salesforce Oracle to identify gaps in revenue, data inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunitiesbr/• Develop and maintain billing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support visibility over billing accuracy, revenue gaps, process efficiency, and transition progress /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in billing operations, financial analysis, systems analysis, or related roles /li liStrong working knowledge of CRM, ERP and billing platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce or similar systems /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query and data analysis /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and organizational skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liAbility to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlines in an ever‑evolving environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
