/li liPlan and follow up on trial production processes carried out. /li liManage the acquired customer portfolio and develop long‑term, sustainable customer relationships. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPreferably experienced in the Italian markets. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in the flat steel industry, having worked in sales, marketing, or commercial departments with direct customer interaction. /li liAbility to establish active communication with target customers in selected special steel grades. /li liCapable of analyzing customer conditions and expectations from both technical and commercial perspectives. /li liProven ability to acquire new customers, secure initial sales, and convert them into a regular order structure. /li liAbility to monitor consumption and demand dynamics in target markets and provide regular reporting. /li libFluency in English and Italian. /b /li /ul h3EEO Diversity Commitment /h3 pThis organization is independently verified against the highest standard in gender equity.
