We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Omnichannel Performance Analyst who can join our Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pbMain Activities: /b /p ul liMonitor the performance of DOS, Digital, Wholesale and Outlet channels, identifying key trends, performance drivers, and unexpected variances to support business discussions and decision‑making. /li liTurn large‑scale data into clear and actionable business insights, connecting performance results with their underlying drivers and translating them into concrete business actions. /li liDevelop ad‑hoc analyses on Sales KPIs, Sell‑through, Product Mix, Client behaviour and Market dynamics. /li liSupport the team in preparing periodic omnichannel performance reports at Global and Regional level, ensuring accuracy and consistency. /li liBuild and maintain advanced Excel files, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve the tracking and interpretation of business performance. /li liContribute to business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects at WW level, supporting the preparation of materials for HQ, Regions and Top Management. /li liLiaise with the IT and BI teams to ensure accurate, updated,
and efficient reporting tools, while contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes. /li liBecome a point of reference for all the internal stakeholders, including Regions, Finance, Retail, Digital, Wholesale, Merchandising and Distribution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Management or similar fields. /li liExcellent knowledge of both English and Italian. /li liExcellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liStrong analytical skills and confidence in working with complex datasets and the ability to synthesize data and translate numbers into clear business messages. /li liGood critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders. /li liKnowledge of BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI or similar platforms is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liApplication of CCNL Tessile – Abbigliamento /li liLevel 5 /li liCompensation package range: from 30.000 to 35.000 /li /ul pbOur Shared Values /b /p pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
