We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.

Qualifications :
Required:




Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience. xlwpduy
Employee relations case handling
Disciplinary processes
Investigations / grievances
Hands-on HR operations

Nice to have:
1+ year(s) employee relations experience.
