Key responsibilities include: /p ul liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. /li liConduct thorough analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. /li liProvide guidance and support to project teams on contract interpretation, compliance issues, and contractual rights and obligations. /li liMaintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. /li liAssist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks. /li /ul pbYour Profile: /b /p pYou will have a strong foundation in contract management, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience: /p ul liBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline /li liPrevious experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry. /li liStrong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. /li liExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities.
