Marketing Director- Relocation to Dubai

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, support sales performance, and position the company as a market leader within the luxury real estate sector. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while working closely with executive leadership, sales, design, and external agencies to deliver world-class campaigns.
This position is based in Dubai, UAE. We welcome applications from candidates currently based overseas who are open to relocating to Dubai. Relocation support will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and implement the companys overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Create integrated marketing plans to support luxury residential, mixed-use, and Design & Build developments.
- Drive brand positioning across all markets while maintaining a consistent luxury brand identity.
- Identify innovative marketing opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
Brand Management
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact brand campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social media, events, and all client communications.
- Oversee the production of project brochures, presentations, videos, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, website analytics, and ROI.
- Optimise marketing channels to maximise qualified leads and conversions.
Project Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new project launches.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads.
- Support international exhibitions, luxury events, roadshows, and project launches.
- Ensure all project marketing materials accurately reflect the companys premium standards.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team.
- Manage external creative agencies, PR agencies, media partners, and production suppliers.
- Establish departmental KPIs and monitor overall marketing performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support the companys long-term growth strategy.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Produce regular performance reports and campaign analysis for senior management.
- Recommend improvements based on data, customer insights, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Previous experience within luxury real estate, property development, Design & Build, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Proven success in developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering high-profile project launches.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, CRM, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Candidates currently based outside the UAE are encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Dubai.
