Sustainability Manager – Food & Beverage Sector

Responsibilities

- Lead client engagements in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Manage major accounts and complex projects.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their growth.

Requirements

- 5–8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting.
- Good understanding of key challenges in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...).
- Science-based mindset.
- Motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills.
- Confident using generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset.
- Communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.
