ph3To strengthen our management team in bCisano sul Neva, Italy, /b we are seeking an experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to serve as /h3h3bDirector of Operations /bb(m/f/d) /b /h3pbWe are looking for someone who is willing to permanently relocate to Italy and to further develop our Italian location in a sustainable manner. /b /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliOverall responsibility for the areas bof production, purchasing, the calibration laboratory, service, and warehousing and logistics /b /liliLeading and developing the respective department heads and employees /liliEnsuring efficient, on-time, and high-quality production, as well as an optimal flow of materials and goods /liliResponsibility for achieving quality, cost, and delivery targets /liliFurther development and optimization of all operational processes in accordance with the principles of lean management and operational excellence /liliOverseeing production, capacity, and resource planning /liliResponsibility for strategic and operational procurement as well as supplier management /liliEnsuring the highest quality standards in the calibration laboratory and technical service /liliImplementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) /liliClose collaboration with the Development, Sales, Quality Management,
