ppWould you like to start a new professional adventure as an bIT Project Manager /b in the IT Digital Transformation industry in Italy? /p pAs an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries. /p ul liLead and coordinate complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. /li liManage multi-market and cross-functional project rollouts, coordinating parallel workstreams and distributed teams. /li liIdentify project risks and dependencies, defining mitigation plans and ensuring timely issue resolution. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align project objectives and priorities. /li liMonitor project progress through regular reporting, KPIs, governance meetings, and status updates. /li liFacilitate project planning, resource allocation, roadmap management, and delivery governance. /li liPromote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices. /li liUse Jira, Confluence, and related project management tools to coordinate activities, documentation, and reporting. /li liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. /li liAt least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex IT projects. /li liExperience managing international or multi-market projects involving cross-functional teams. /li liHands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools. /li liProfessional proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2 or above). /li liExcellent communication,
