Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /p pFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at /p pOur bEP Group Leader /bleads a multidisciplinary Engineering team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance leading by example: /p ul liCarries out operational activities as an EP engineer on projects and supports EP Engineering Manager in coordination of Mechanical Engineers group. /li liEnsures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks. /li liReviews technical documentation (TSD, TCC, Vendor documents) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation. /li liSupports recruitment, onboarding and growth of EP Engineers, in coordination with the local EP Engineering Manager. /li liContributes to the creation of guidelines,
