ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with relevant international standards and internal policies /li liPlan, execute, and oversee internal and external audit programs, including system audits, process audits, and product audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements /li liIdentify areas for process improvement through audit findings, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions /li liLead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process optimization initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where appropriate /li liMonitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making /li liManage the documentation and control of quality-related procedures, work instructions, and records /li liProvide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles, audit methodologies, and process improvement tools /li liResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external internal regulations,



procedures guidelines /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field /li liA Master's degree is a plus /li liExperience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment /li liProven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified quality management systems /liliCertified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferred /li liStrong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving) /li liExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends /li liSelf-driven, proactive, strategic mindset, strong communication and listening skills, able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with remote teams /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken /li liFluent in Italian or Swedish is a merit /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
