We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Adhesives Application Engineer to join our team and support customers across national and international markets. Your Responsibilities As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery combined with Adhesive/glue solutions. You will: Provide technical support and application expertise of the glue for installed machinery and systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions Train customers and operators on machine functionality, operation, and best practices Collaborate closely with the Application Laboratory, Sales and Product Management teams Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services Travel regularly to customer locations in Italy and abroad to provide on-site technical assistance Who We Are Looking For A curious, customer-oriented, and hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem solving. Requirements Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Thermotechnics, Wood Technology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification ITS Academy or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field (nice to have)
