Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns through various communication channels.
Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Document customer interactions accurately to maintain a comprehensive record of inquiries and resolutions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and trends.




Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance product engagement.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and share feedback for continual improvement.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
A good eye for fashion trends and excellent product knowledge.
Experience with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
