To learn more: /ppbr / /ppThe Project Engineering Manager is responsible of the execution of the assigned project, in conjunction with the Project Director, if assigned.
The PEM coordinates all the activities of the project.
Will be responsible of the overall results of the project, in terms of safety, schedule, quality and economic results.
He/she manages the project team to achieve the project goals.
He/she represents the company towards the client.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliGuarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction and commissioning (where applicable) and further through the period of warranty until the final acceptance; br / ensuring the respect ofthe terms of contract and the management of risk, also with regards to insurance and financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution and the required quality and safety levels; br / /liliEnsure the relations with the Clients and with the Partners during the execution of contracts, in order to guarantee an efficient fulfilment of the assigned project and to obtain Customer Satisfaction; br / /liliTo prepare and to discuss with the Head of Department, the project execution strategy and the project schedule and to guarantee its application during its whole life period.
/liliTo define and to attain to, while coordinating and cooperating with the Project Leaders, the procedures, the guide lines, and the technical project's standards.
/liliTo check and manage the project amendments, focusing on minimizing project execution's delays and costs.




/liliTo ensure her/his technical support during the preparation of the necessary project documentation for the job subcontract, and the orders' suppliers assignment, as well as during the job execution phases; br / /liliTo guarantee the technical interface with the customer, concerning all the project's issues which can arise and can be significant, in terms of project's timing realization and in terms of project's costs.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou hold at least 5 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably in industrial or plant engineering environments /liliMaster's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /liliExperience working in international and complex project environments /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve conflicting situations /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English /liliTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally /liliAvailability to travel for short assignments in Italy and abroad /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /ppbr / /pulliContract type: Permanent /liliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /liliJob classification level: Middle Management, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCompensation /strong /ppbr / /ppThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 60,000.




/pulliThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
