OverviewWe are looking for an Application Engineer to support the LU-VE Plant Division in Italy.
The role reports to the Application Engineering Manager and is based in Uboldo (VA), Italy.Mission of the roleThe Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the selection and development of products, mainly to the sales department and also to distributors, direct customers, and consultants.You will be in charge ofHarmonising relations with the commercial network and between the various business departments involved in order development by providing the right technical-commercial supportChecking the selection tools and collaborating with the functions involved in the development of increasingly better toolsSearching new selection systems increasingly efficientCoordinating activities and managing the flow of information to the process of development and production of orders, in particular for special machines,



supporting the technical departmentControlling selection activities especially to orders acquired in compliance with the rules of feasibility and corporate sustainabilityCollaborating synergistically with the various business functions in the objective to improve the process and support the entire group in the application of the procedures of its competenceMonitoring offers in terms of type of products required, application conditions and product configuration in order to provide input to the standardisation of ranges on market needsEducation & Experience we are looking forPreferable 1 year in the role/similar role in medium/large companies preferable in the refrigeration sectorEngineering Degree (Energy, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering) or High school diploma (Technical diploma)Qualifications we are looking forLanguage skill: English (fluent)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with special attention to EXCELPreferable knowledge of SAP management systemStrong Attitude to Communication and Interpersonal RelationshipsBenefits highlightsFlexible work hours/hybrid work environment; Company Canteen;Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.We offer a chance to grow and develop your own expertise within our Company.
