/ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppWe are hiring an Electrical Engineering Supervisor responsible for electrical installation activities on site, with a focus on HV/MV systems, power distribution and commissioning readiness.
/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliSupervise installation of electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, MCC, UPS, cables, etc.) /liliEnsure compliance with drawings, specs and standards /liliMonitor contractor performance and progress /liliReview method statements, ITPs and testing procedures /liliCoordinate interfaces with other disciplines /liliOversee installation of electrical equipment and systems /liliSupport testing (IR, continuity, grounding, energization prep) /liliCoordinate handover to commissioning (HV/MV systems)



/liliSupport permit and electrical safety management /liliManage as-built documentation /liliSupport technical queries and non-conformities /liliEnsure HSE compliance /liliParticipate in punch list and completion activities /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/pulliDegree in Electrical Engineering /lili8–10 years of experience in electrical construction /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr/pulliStrong knowledge of power distribution and testing /liliHV/MV/LV systems knowledge /liliAbility to read SLDs and electrical drawings /liliKnowledge of LOTO and energization /liliFluent English /liliInternational mobility /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /ppbr/pulliSubstations, BESS, renewables experience /liliGrid connection exposure /liliProtection systems knowledge /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /ppbr/ppPermanent, full-time contract /ppbr/ppCompetitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year) /ppbr/ppAdditional allowances, including: /ppbr/pulliInternational assignment / travel allowance /liliDaily subsistence allowance (per diem) /liliAccommodation and site-related benefits where applicable /li /ulpbr/ppstrongEqual Opportunity Statement /strong: Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
