/pp JOIN US ON THE JOURNEY TO BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE /pp Who we are looking for: /pp As a Junior Technical Project Engineer, you will play an active role in shaping Caracol's advanced engineering projects, contributing to the development and implementation of customized, high-impact solutions for complex industrial applications.
/pp You'll work side by side with our RD team, transforming ideas into real systems, from early design to on-site commissioning.
Your activities will include defining technical layouts,
producing detailed engineering documentation, and supporting the integration of bespoke configurations that embody our commitment to innovation, precision, and quality.
/pp Few examples of responsibilities: /pulli Support the development of technical layouts and engineering documentation /lili Translate customer requirements into clear technical deliverables, under the supervision of senior engineers.
/lili Collaborate with suppliers and partners to collect technical data, evaluate feasibility, and ensure component compatibility.
/lili Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, and other documentation to support installation and commissioning.
/lili Provide technical support during installation, testing and troubleshooting, especially for non-standard or first-of-kind solutions.
/li /ulp Ideal Background: /pulli Degree in Mechanical Engineering /lili1–2 years of experience in product industrialization.
/lili Good knowledge of CAD software and mechanical drawing standards.
/lili Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly methods.
/lili Familiarity with automation systems and electromechanical components is a plus.
