In this role you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market, acting as the liaison for selected agents within the Mid-Corporate team. You will help shape local underwriting strategy to meet Allianz Mid Corporate targets and collaborate across Sales, Claims and product lines to drive growth and cross-selling. You will ensure adherence to underwriting authority and governance while supporting product development and broker negotiations. This position offers impact through portfolio steering, cross-functional partnerships, and market-specific execution. * Ensure underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines are followed by underwriters * Steer and control the local portfolio to hit financial targets * Collaborate with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performance * Work with Sales, Claims and other product lines to implement marketing and cross-selling strategies * Maintain underwriting consistency and governance,



including authorities and local regulatory framework * Support development and rollout of new or revised products * Assist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business, including agent/broker negotiations * Convey local business strategy externally * Master's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law * 4-8 years underwriting experience in profitable Property including PD/BI and Theft and Liability for Corporate Clients * Experience with multinational clients preferred * Proven leadership skills * Expertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle * Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis * Experience in designing/implementing robust wordings and underwriting projects (preferred) * Ability to work in an international organization * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) * Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaborative tools In this role you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market, acting as the liaison for s... #J-*****-Ljbffr
