Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain project schedules for the Project Execution team in the EMEA region, ensuring milestones and contract deadlines are met. You will work closely with regional Project Managers and cross?functional colleagues to identify risks, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions. You will create, update, and distribute trackers and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. You will support resource allocation and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. This role offers impact across projects at Anaergia's sustainable energy and waste?to?resources initiatives, with a focus on timely delivery and collaboration. Benefits * Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely milestones and contract compliance * Coordinate scheduling activities with regional Project Managers and cross?functional teams * Identify risks, anticipate obstacles,



and implement corrective actions to prevent delays * Prepare progress reports and update project timelines * Create and update project trackers to provide visibility of deliverables and deadlines * Assist in resource allocation for effective project execution * Communicate schedule impacts and changes clearly to the team * Drive continuous improvement in project planning processes * Utilize analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure project success Responsibilities * Excellent organizational and time?management skills * Strong analytical abilities * Effective communication in Italian and English * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera) * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * Collaborative mindset and adaptability to cross?functional teams * Minimum 2–4 years of project scheduling, coordination, or management experience in Italy, preferably in engineering, construction, or related sectors * Experience with Italian public or private sector clients is a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
