HSE Manager / RSPP – ACEF, Fiorenzuola D'Arda, Italy. Position Summary Responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO *****, ISO *****, and Legislative Decree *****. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site. * Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans. * Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees. * Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes. * Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields) or an equivalent diploma. * At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry. * Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree *****. * Good command of English preferred.
