How You'll Impact
Executive assistance.
Support travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling, and provide general support to Managing Directors in Italy.
Operations support.
Admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health & Safety support under managerial guidance.
Office management.




Participate in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany, and provide local administrative support to the Office head.
What You'll Bring
University student (BSc or MSc) or recent graduate in Humanities, Languages, communication, or international cooperation.
First experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.
Attention to detail and precise communication.
Self?assured appearance, comfortable in an international work environment.
Ability to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
